1. Responsibility
Our client after signing the contract has the complete responsibility for the state of the car.
2. Car Return Condition
The Renter is required to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, clean and without damage.
In the event that the vehicle is returned in a condition requiring cleaning, the Lessor reserves the right to impose a fixed cleaning fee of fifteen 15 euros on the Lessee.
If the interior of the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, with evidence of smoking (ash, odor, cigarette butts) or stains that require deep or specialized cleaning, a bio-cleaning fee of €150.00 will be charged.
3. Driver Age
Minimum age of 18 years for o car.
4. Driver’s License
The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers' License issued at least one year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Driver's License along with their regular Drivers' License.
5. Traffic Violations – Fines
Traffic violations and fines are bore by the Renter.
6. Means of Payment
The renter must present a valid identification document (passport or national ID). A credit or debit card is not required. Payment for the rental must be made in advance, either in cash or by card.
7. Cancellation Policy
From 21 days or more prior to the arrival of the client, then the deposit is returned to the client (any transfer expenses are paid by the client). For less than 21 days the client must pay the half price of the total days that will be cancelled.
8. Additional Driver
The First Driver is Free of Charge, the second is 5€/day. If it is hidden the fine is 100€.
9. Fuel
The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel upon collection. In case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refund will be effected for vehicles returned with more fuel.
10. Accident
In case of an Accident, the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the Police Accident Report to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the Renter, the Renter will be charged with 30€ as Administrative fees. In the event of an accident for which the Lessee and/or the authorized driver is at fault, the Lessee shall be liable for the full number of days during which the vehicle remains out of service due to repair. The compensation shall be calculated based on the applicable daily rental rate of the vehicle.
11. Deposit
A security deposit is generally not required for vehicle rentals. However, the company reserves the right to request a refundable deposit depending on the vehicle category, the renter’s driving experience, or other rental conditions. If a deposit is required, it will be separate from the rental cost and will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided that all rental terms and conditions have been respected.
12. Road Assistance
Road assistance due to malfunction of vehicle during working hours is free.
13. Prohibited Use of the Vehicle
This vehicle is strictly prohibited without written authorization:
Exit Greek Borders,
Be Ferried,
Car driving by a person not designated in the Contract,
Delegation of the renter's rights and obligations to a third party,
Off-road driving,
Illegal car usage,
Speed limit violations,
Smoking,
Vehicle towing, participation in sport and racing competitions, use of the car for driving lessons,
Any commercial use,
Car dismantling and repair, intervention in the vehicle's design,
Causing car damage and/or non-compliance with the car interior cleaning routine, etc.
In case of the Agreement's terms violation, the car will be taken back by our company, the contract will be terminated without any refund and insurance deposit's return to the client.
14. Delivery Delay
In case the rental car's delivery is delayed, the renter is obliged to pay additional fees. Two hours delay equals to a daily rental cost. The minimum additional cost in case of delay is one rental, with an exception of some other written agreement between the renter and our company.
15.Mileage Limit
The rental price includes up to 150 kilometers per day.
For any additional distance beyond this limit, there is an extra charge of €0.25 per kilometer, calculated upon return of the vehicle.
16. Insurances
The Renter has the option to choose one of the following insurance coverage options upon vehicle pickup:
1. Basic Insurance (Third Party Insurance – T.P.I.)
Included in the standard daily rental rate.

Covers only damages to third parties (bodily injuries and material damages).

Does not cover any damage to or loss of the rented vehicle.

The Renter is fully liable for any damage to or loss of the vehicle.
2. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – with Excess

Covers damages to the rented vehicle, with an excess amount of €750.

The Renter is liable only for damages up to €750.
- This coverage is available only to drivers over twenty-one (21) years of age who hold a valid driver’s license for at least one (1) year.
Notes:

The above insurance coverages do not apply in cases of:
-
Violation of the Highway Code,
-
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
-
Negligent driving (e.g., damage to rims, tires, windshield, or the underside of the vehicle).

Failure to report an accident to the Traffic Police and the Lessor within 24 hours voids any insurance coverage.
- Mechanical Damage Due to Renter's Fault
In the event that mechanical damage occurs as a result of the Renter’s misuse or negligence, the Renter shall be held fully responsible for the cost of repairs, regardless of the insurance package selected.
Examples include: driving without coolant or oil, engine overheating, damage due to misuse of the clutch or gearbox, refueling with the wrong type of fuel, etc.
